B.A. in Psychology
Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course, UBC — In Progress
Uswa works across residential sales, buyer experience and project marketing, with a primary focus on the multi-award-winning INNOVA community. She manages the inside sales journey from first inquiry through tours, follow-up and sales progression, while coordinating with realtor teams and helping translate buyer feedback into relevant programs, campaigns and sales materials.
Uswa is naturally curious, creative and very particular about details. She is often teaching herself something new or disappearing down a research rabbit hole — sometimes both. Ambitious by nature, she also knows how to laugh at herself. Growing up in Malaysia among many cultures, languages and perspectives made her open-minded and adaptable, and shaped her interest in how people connect with their homes and neighbourhoods. At home, Auggie — her affectionate and slightly chaotic orange kitten — keeps life entertaining. At Cascadia, Uswa is drawn to ideas that challenge conventional development, especially those that create better ways for people to access homeownership.
Since joining Cascadia, Uswa has expanded her role beyond day-to-day sales to help shape marketing strategy and improve the systems supporting it. She has introduced more structured sales processes and reporting frameworks, creating greater consistency, visibility and follow-through. Naturally solutions-focused, Uswa is known for keeping track of moving pieces, turning ideas into clear next steps and looking for a practical path to yes. Her psychology background brings an added understanding of buyer behaviour and communication to her work.
