As a Development Coordinator at Cascadia, Andrew works with consultants, contractors, municipalities and other stakeholders to move the company’s upcoming projects through design and approvals, and ultimately into budgeting and construction. With four years of industry experience spanning finance, acquisitions and development, he understands how decisions made at the beginning of a project affect every stage that follows. He is a fast learner who enjoys taking on unfamiliar challenges and gaining broad exposure across the development process.

Andrew is very much at home on the North Shore. Born and raised in North Vancouver, he is happiest when he is active and outdoors. He plays year-round recreational hockey and soccer with friends, while winter means fitting in as much skiing as possible. Whistler holds a special connection for Andrew after years of family time there growing up. It remains a favourite place to ski with family and friends today. That strong connection to place is also what drew him to Cascadia. For Andrew, helping shape projects within the community he has always called home makes the work personal.

Andrew believes successful development is collaborative. By bringing the right people together early, potential problems can be identified sooner, creating a stronger project and a clearer path forward.
